Job Description

Exciting opportunity available for a Junior Java Developer with our direct client in Philadelphia, PA - 3 days/week onsite! In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow/learn new technologies, work on SDLC projects, and advance your career. Please note: No Third parties!! I can only work W2 for this role, and no sponsorship is available at this time!

Requirements

1. One (1) to Three (3)+ years of experience in systems analysis, programming, and design.

2. BA/BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent knowledge acquired by work experience and training.

3. Development skills in Java, Angular, SQL, Microservices.

4. Familiarity with JavaScript, Oracle, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Team Foundation Server.

5. Understanding of performance, scalability, security, and testing applications.

6. Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns.

7. Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.

8. Understanding of Agile application development.

9. Self-starter with good analytical skills.

10. Ability to drive solutions to completion.

11. Strong written and oral communication skills.

12. Ability to contribute tasks in building technical project schedules.
