Job Description

The Senior AI Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing AI/ML solutions to enhance intelligent systems. This role involves working with natural language processing (NLP) frameworks, optical character recognition (OCR) solutions, chatbot development, and cloud-based AI services. The candidate must have experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, cloud computing, and microservices architecture. Additionally, expertise in building and managing AI models, data pipelines, and integrating AI with modern web frameworks is required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience:

• TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn – Required, 5+ years
• Microservices – Required, 5+ years
• SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face’s – Required, 5+ years
• Tesseract, Google Vision API, or AWS Textract – Required, 5+ years
• Dialogflow ES or CX, Google Assistant SDK, or other Google Cloud chatbot development tools – Required, 5+ years
• RESTful APIs and webhooks – Required, 5+ years
• SQL, R, and/or Pandas – Required, 5+ years
• Cloud computing and software development – Required, 5+ years
• Software development in Python, Java, JavaScript – Required, 5+ years
• Implementing core Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts – Required, 5+ years
• Designing, building, and managing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions – Required, 5+ years
• Projects development using Angular/React JS, JavaScript framework – Required, 5+ years
• Programming in the JBOSS Enterprise SOA environment including JBOSS Workflow – Required, 5+ years
• Using CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and practices – Required, 5+ years
• Implemented agile development processes including test-driven development – Required, 5+ years
• Creating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps – Required, 3+ years

Additional Information

Job Location: Lansing, MI - Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Candidates must have strong software development experience in Python, Java, and JavaScript, along with hands-on expertise in Google Cloud AI services, RESTful APIs, and OCR solutions.
