Zenfreed, LLC - Programmer Analyst - .NET Developer

Database Developer is needed in Lansing, United States.

The Programmer Analyst 6 position will work as contract resources for the State of Michigan - Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) on a project for the Department of Health and Human Services.

Job Duties

• Will act in a developer and analyst role for the Adoption Records Information Management System (ARIMS) web application.
• Will work in an agile environment to write and test code to implement the user stories and requirements.
• The application will be written with .NET CORE 8 using REST web services.

Requirements5+ years:

• .NET CORE 3.1 or higher (6.0 preferred) and C# experience.
• Experience developing with REST web service interfaces.
• Experience with SQL including writing and maintaining complex Select/Insert/Update statements.
• Experience with Agile / SCRUM processes and working in Sprint Development team.
• Experience working with GIT code repository software.
• Experience developing unit and regression tests.

3+ years:

• Experience with developing code to allow users to upload documents from a website.

Desired Skills

5+ years:

• Experience developing secure websites using industry best practices (such as preventing cross site scripting or SQL injection attacks and coding logging into software functionality).
• 3+ years:
• Experience working with Azure DevOps / TFS using boards and code repository.
• Familiarity with Oracle database preferred.
• Familiarity with Design patterns preferred.

• Position is a hybrid schedule NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Position will be hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence 2 days a week.

• Working hours Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Employment Terms
