Job Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate Freelance Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team in Clerkenwell, London. This temporary position, expected to last for up to 2 months, involves creating engaging material that reflects our company’s image and values, as well as those of our wine/spirit agencies. The role reports to the Design Manager and collaborates closely with the marketing and purchasing teams to develop fresh and innovative design concepts for various projects, including marketing campaigns, printed literature, presentations, and more.

Responsibilities

• Create day-to-day marketing collateral for Berkmann Wine Cellars and sub-brands.
• Brand activation and collaboration with brand managers.
• Provide promotional support for wine and spirit brands.
• Design the Berkmann Wholesale Price List.
• Assist in company conference presentations.
• Design exhibition and event materials.
• Develop creative mood boards and scamps.
• Create attractive PowerPoint presentations for brand pitches.
• Build relationships with external suppliers including printers, photographers, and illustrators.
• Stay updated with trends and developments in the market.

Requirements

• A degree in Graphic Design.
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is beneficial.
• Experience as an end-to-end designer who can take concepts to production.
• Ability to create innovative premium designs across all platforms.
• Previous experience designing brand and marketing materials across various media.

Working Pattern

This role requires 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with core hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. The company operates a hybrid working pattern, necessitating in-office presence at least three times a week.

Offer

The appointed candidate will receive an invoice fee ranging from £2917.00 to £3357.00 per month based on full-time work and dependent on experience. Terms and conditions of the consultancy basis will be discussed at the offer stage.
