Andersen Group Realty, a luxury, boutique firm within Keller Williams Realty Boston Northwest, is seeking a highly creative Freelance Social Media Content Creator for a hybrid position. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a crucial role in elevating our luxury real estate brand by developing engaging and sophisticated content for both our real estate sales and home staging divisions. Requirements

• Proven track record for creating innovative content that has elevated brands and driven more traffic to businesses.
• Extensive experience shooting, producing, and editing photo and video content across platforms.
• Keen understanding of luxury design aesthetics and brand continuity.
• Primarily a remote position with occasional expectation to travel to our listings to shoot and produce content.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and visually stunning social media content across platforms for a luxury real estate sales and home staging business.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to ensure all content reflects our brand voice, luxury appeal, and industry expertise.
• Produce, edit and enhance images and videos to align with high-end real estate aesthetics and attract elite clientele.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.

Compensation

$26 - $30 hourly
