Go Media is a creative and digital marketing agency that specializes in innovative branding, content marketing, and website development. We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer Contractor who has a passion for user experience, responsive design, and digital storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design & Develop: Create visually compelling, responsive websites that align with client branding and objectives.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create mockups and prototypes.
• Collaboration: Work with content creators, developers, and marketing teams for seamless website functionality.
• UI/UX Optimization: Implement best practices for user experience, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Website Maintenance: Assist with updates, redesigns, and performance enhancements of existing websites.
• SEO & Performance: Ensure website designs are optimized for search engines and page speed.
• Client Interaction: Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of web design experience, preferably in an agency or freelance setting.
• Design Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or similar design tools.
• Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (coding is a plus but not required).
• CMS Experience: Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio that highlights previous web design projects.
• Communication: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for typography, color, layout, and branding consistency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
• Understanding of UX research and A/B testing.
• Ability to integrate animations and interactive design elements.

Additional Information

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $21.45 - $24.93 per hour
