Translation of SRV3D (an XNA app running in Windows using graphicsdevicecontrol for visualizing an industrial process) into MonoGame

I am seeking a senior game developer to help translate a large XNA application, SRV3D, into MonoGame. The project involves addressing some technical challenges I have encountered, including shaders, graphics quality, and translating a particle/flame model. I have already completed about 70% of the work and need an expert to assist in bringing the project to completion while ensuring the MonoGame version closely matches the existing XNA interface.

This project will be based in Perth, Australia, and is expected to last more than a week, with the possibility of follow-up work. The developer must be able to be on location throughout the project.
