Videographer Wanted for Restaurant Marketing Project (Social Media Focus)

Videographer is needed in Johannesburg, South Africa.

We’re seeking a talented and creative videographer to collaborate on a marketing project for a restaurant looking to expand its presence across social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other forms of digital media.

The ideal candidate should be able to capture high-quality video content that showcases the restaurant’s atmosphere, menu items, and overall brand identity in an engaging way that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook, tailored to the unique style of each platform.
• Capture high-quality visuals that highlight our dishes, restaurant ambiance, and staff in an engaging and creative manner.
• Work closely with our marketing team to develop a content strategy that promotes restaurant specials, events, and overall brand messaging.
• Help bring ideas for trends and viral content to life, focusing on creativity and audience engagement.
• Provide edited videos that are optimized for social media formats, ensuring each piece is shareable and impactful.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in videography, particularly for social media content.
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• A portfolio showcasing previous social media videos or similar projects.
• Ability to work on-site at the restaurant and with the team to bring creative ideas to life.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement metrics.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  Compensation:
• A fixed rate of R2000 for a 2-week project.
