Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media & Video Content Account Specialist as a freelancer with a strong background in video editing and a deep understanding of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including display, TV, and press. This role will integrate with the Off Platform team under Marketing in DAZN Portugal for a period of 12 months, based in Lisbon.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in social media content creation with a strong focus on video production and marketing integration.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, video trends, and platform-specific best practices.
- Experience working on marketing campaigns across multiple channels (TV, display, press, digital ads, etc.).
- Agility & proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling abilities and visual communication skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

As our new Social Media & Video Content Account Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Develop and execute media content that integrates sports video-first approaches across digital and social platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment of campaign objectives.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely and engaging video & campaigns content delivery.
- Clip, produce and edit short-form and long-form video content tailored for digital & social platforms.
- Work with the Creative Team to guarantee high-quality branded content.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and storytelling standards.
- Work closely with the marketing and media teams to align social media video content with broader display, TV, and press campaigns.
- Repurpose existing TV commercials, press materials, and display assets into engaging social-first video formats.
- Support paid media strategies by delivering optimized display ads and video creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest content adjustments to improve impact and ROI.
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of partnership campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to refine video content strategies and improve future campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry benchmarks and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation.
