Job Description
UCAS is the leading shared admissions service for higher education, connecting people to UK universities and colleges. The organization provides application services and a variety of research, consultancy, and advisory services. UCAS is a successful and fast-growing organization, committed to delivering a first-class service to its customers.
The role supports the sale, service, and delivery of UCAS’s Paid Media and display proposition, primarily focusing on Paid social channels while being cross-trained in onsite digital display. Responsibilities include supporting consultancy, processing, delivery, and reporting of campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Ad Manager.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and building campaigns.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing role.
- Technical and logical thinking skills.
- Proficient in communication via telephone, email, and face-to-face.
- Strong administrative and sales support skills with good organizational skills.
- Previous experience using Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
- Effective planning, coordination, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and process-driven.
- Working knowledge of Excel or similar for data reporting.
- Able to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
- Highly motivated to learn and grow.
Additional Information
Contractual hours: 21.00 per week.
Salary: up to £25,000 FTE.
