Coolr is an independent social media agency focused on connecting brands with their audiences. With notable clients such as Burger King, Lidl, Deliveroo, and Samsung, Coolr is experiencing rapid growth, aiming to become the biggest social agency globally. In 2025, the agency has ambitious plans to expand its influence in the UK, the US, and beyond. We are currently seeking a Lead Videographer to play a crucial role in enhancing our video content, collaborating with various teams to ensure exceptional video production workflows.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is:

• A first-class videographer with experience leading larger scale shoots and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Skilled in shooting social content with an in-depth understanding of various digital moving image formats and technical specifications.
• Able to translate design concepts and storyboards into high-end edits focused on social media.
• Capable of working at a fast pace while exhibiting a contemporary stylistic flair adaptable to various clients.
• An experienced team manager, skilled in task delegation, performance management, and team development.
• Strong in organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
• Avid about social media and emerging creator talent.
