Freelance Videographer & Photographer Wanted – P3PRMNT Athleisure Campaign.

We are looking for a talented Freelance Videographer & Photographer with a strong eye for retro 80s/90s sporty aesthetics and a passion for creating classic, old-money luxury visuals. This role involves capturing high-end campaign imagery and video content that embodies an elegant yet athletic brand identity.

This is a freelance, project-based role, ideal for a creative professional who thrives on storytelling through visuals, meets deadlines efficiently, and communicates clearly throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photography & videography for social media and website use, aligned with a vintage-inspired luxury aesthetic.
• Create visually striking campaign assets with an emphasis on retro sports styling.
• Direct and execute full-scale shoots, from conceptualisation to final edits.
• Ensure a cohesive and polished look across all campaign visuals.
• Produce engaging video content, including campaign ads and brand storytelling pieces.
• Travel to various shoot locations in and around London as needed.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing retro, vintage sports, and high-fashion aesthetics.
• Proven experience in both photography & videography, with a focus on lifestyle, fashion, or luxury branding.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and other editing tools.
• Ability to direct models and talent for dynamic, natural, and engaging shots.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color grading for high-end visuals.
• Excellent communication skills—responsive, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
• Must be London-based or willing to travel for on-location shoots.

This is a freelance, project-based contract, with compensation based on experience and agreed project scope.
