Job Description

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Web Developer to join our Melbourne Design Agency. This is a mid-level role suitable for someone who enjoys working within an established creative agency on national clients. You will be responsible for quick turnaround and high volume projects with fixed deadlines, utilizing your organisational skills to keep everything moving smoothly.

You will closely collaborate with the Web Department Manager, undergoing a thorough onboarding process with our internal systems and processes. After that, you will have the autonomy to complete your tasks effectively. Your responsibilities will include developing eDMs, web builds, and assisting the Web Manager with daily tasks and updates. This position also offers flexible working options with a hybrid working model.

Requirements

• Solid skills in WordPress

• Experience in HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and PHP

• Excellent eye for detail and structure

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator; familiarity with other interface design tools such as Figma is ideal

• Experience building custom landing pages using wireframes

• Ability to test & troubleshoot web functionalities and implement practical solutions

• Experience in mobile & tablet website optimisation

• Experience with Drupal, Google Web Designer, Mailchimp, and Pardot is a plus

• Must be a resident of Australia with a valid work visa/full-working rights
