Climax Studios, established nearly 30 years ago, is a leading studio in developing digital experiences across various formats, earning multiple awards along the way. This exciting and inspiring workplace is based in the heart of the beautiful Albert Docks in Liverpool, overlooking the harbour. We are seeking an Experienced Technical Animator who is passionate about games and has a thorough knowledge of character integration into a UE5 project with state machine control. The role involves debugging and refining the state machine to ensure intricate character animations within the project.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A thorough knowledge of UE5 animation systems, including state machines, animation graphs, blend trees, and blueprints.
• Animation and rigging skills (bonus but not strictly necessary).
• Some familiarity with Maya and tools/scripting (bonus but not strictly necessary).
• A team player mentality and openness to feedback.
