Job Description

Betches Media is seeking a creative, skilled, and humorous college-based creator to develop engaging content for our Gen Z vertical, Send Help. This role involves producing original videos and posts that capture the realities of college life, from late-night dining hall visits to finals season. The ideal candidate is trendy, well-versed in pop culture, and adept at crafting relatable content that resonates with a college audience. This position offers up to 14 hours a week of content creation designed to amplify the brand’s voice and connect with our extensive audience.

Requirements

• Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok

• Talent for producing, shooting, and editing videos

• Must be comfortable appearing and acting in videos

• Passionate about college life and interest in creating college-focused content

• Strong ability to execute quick, low-lift social videos

• Knowledge and interest in pop culture, trends, and current news

• Proficiency in Canva

• Fluent in social media culture

• Must be currently enrolled in college and familiar with campus life

• Applicants must provide a link to a TikTok or Reel showcasing their work related to the on-campus college experience, emphasizing humor and creativity.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $25/hour for up to 14 hours per week.
