Job Description
The IT Developer (Drupal) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the software development and deployment processes. The role entails working with CI/CD, deployment automation tools like CircleCI/Azure DevOps, and managing cloud-based infrastructure and monitoring. The developer will also engage in module and theme development, frontend frameworks, and site-building for high-traffic Drupal-based solutions, and ensure the implementation of user interfaces aligned with UX/UI wireframes.
Requirements
- Experience in software development and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, deployment automation (CircleCI/Azure DevOps) or similar tools.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure management and monitoring.
- Knowledge of ARM templates, Bicep, Ansible, or similar technologies.
- Proven track record in module and theme development, frontend frameworks, and site-building with Drupal.
- Ability to manage site configurations and multilingual content.
- Advanced knowledge in theming; must have 2+ years of experience theming in Drupal 9.
- Capable of designing APIs for mobile and desktop users.
- Skilled in writing reusable code, building prototypes, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Git workflows.
- Understanding of visual language in accordance with stakeholders’ goals.
- Experience configuring and maintaining Apache, Tomcat, and Lucee environments.
- Proficient in providing user assistance for software and authoring workflows.
- Proven track record of developing web accessibility compliance protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
