Creative Director is needed in Oman.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive the artistic direction of our projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and the ability to inspire and guide a team of talented creatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the creative vision and strategy for all Studio52 projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.

Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns, videos, and multimedia content.

Collaborate with clients, account managers, designers, and the production team to bring creative concepts to life.

Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.

Mentor and inspire a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate fresh, cutting-edge ideas into our work.

Present creative concepts and strategies to clients with confidence and clarity.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or production house.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects (videos, campaigns, branding, etc.).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to think strategically and execute creatively under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in creative tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of visual aesthetics.
