Requirements

We are hiring a highly motivated and ambitious Social Media Manager with the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media for a service-based DTC brand, agency, or your own account.
  • Exceptional copywriting & storytelling skills.
  • Proven track record of successful social media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with innovative content ideas.
  • Experience working with influencers and managing content partnerships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coachable with a strong attitude towards feedback.
  • Collaborative team player who takes full ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral psychology, storytelling, copywriting, and branding.
  • Aesthetic sense and proficient in crafting persuasive, witty copy.
  • Meticulous and data-driven with analytical skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare, retail, or consumer goods is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Strategy and Planning: Refine the content strategy, manage a content calendar, and document client journeys.
  2. Influencer & Content Creators Collaboration: Work with local influencers and manage relationships.
  3. Content Production & Scheduling: Collaborate with the content team to source video material and ensure high-quality output.
  4. Engagement, Analytics, and Reporting: Develop audience engagement strategies and analyze social media performance.
  5. Budget Management: Manage the social media budget efficiently.

Additional Information

This position offers flexible working hours, interaction with CEO/Founders, primarily remote working, a competitive self-employed salary, a dynamic team environment, and free chiropractic care. Our budget is up to £650 per month for batch scheduling 15-20 short-form pieces of content every 2 weeks.
