Job Description

You will be responsible for the video editing of property-related videos for various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Work with the respective Realtor to understand the direction and creative intent of the video.

• Edit and organize raw video footage into meaningful, creative, attractive commercial videos for advertising and branding purposes. This includes editing video effects, animation, soundtrack, graphics, and audio mixing.

• Create basic animation, visual effects, and motion graphics.

• Source for post assets (e.g., music and graphics).

• Project manage and create a post-production timeline from start to delivery.

• Work with the Realtor to add special effects to videos.

• Edit at least 60 videos per month.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience as a videographer, video editor, or in video animation creation (Students & Interns are welcome).

• Experience and knowledge of video production workflows.

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro CC, CapCut, and other related software.

• Intermediate capability in using Adobe AfterEffects CC.

• Strong technical understanding of different video codecs and formats.

• Good sense of aesthetics and understanding of the interaction between sound and motion picture.
