Job Description
We are seeking a proficient Java developer with over 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in J2EE development and have experience in handling SWIFT messages, query optimization, and managing job schedulers. The role involves file processing for batch interfaces, API integrations, and issue debugging. Familiarity with Linux and SQL Server is essential, and experience within the financial industry, particularly in Fixed Income and Derivatives, is a must.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Java development
- Proficiency in J2EE development
- Experience in integration with Murex (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to handle SWIFT messages
- Strong skills in query optimization
- Experience with job schedulers and file processing for batch interfaces
- Knowledge of API integrations and debugging issues
- Familiarity with Linux environment
- Experience using SQL Server
- Financial industry experience, particularly in Fixed Income and Derivatives
- Preference for candidates available for New York time zone overlap
