Videographer Needed for Dental Expo (IDS 2025)

Videographer is needed in Germany.

I’m Julian Dickie, Head of Education for Institute of Digital Dentistry, seeking a videographer to assist me during the International Dental Show (IDS) in Cologne from Tuesday, March 25th to Saturday, March 30th, 2025. This is a 5-day commitment requiring full-day availability at the Koelnmesse exhibition center.

Responsibilities:

• Film interviews between myself and dental industry vendors/experts
• Capture high-quality B-roll footage of dental technology, demonstrations, and exhibition atmosphere
• Take professional photographs of products, booths, and interview sessions
• Assist with basic audio setup using our equipment
• Upload raw footage to our Google Drive daily
  Requirements
• Experience filming in busy exhibition/trade show environments
• Comfortable following direction while also showing initiative
• Good interpersonal skills as you’ll be interacting with industry professionals
• Ability to work full days (exhibition hours plus setup/breakdown)
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic English communication skills

Equipment:
I will provide all necessary audio equipment including:

• 2x Sennheiser e945 dynamic microphones and a Zoom M4 MicTrak Recorder
  I’ll need the videographer to bring two timecode capable cameras that film in 4K
  Memory cards, Tripods etc

No editing required - This is strictly a shooting position. We only need the raw footage and photos uploaded to our shared drive.

Competitive daily rate based on experience. Payment details to be discussed during interview.
