Job Description

• Manage calendars and schedule meetings efficiently, acting as a key point of contact

• Assist in creating compelling marketing materials that align with our brand voice and objectives
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our business

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and sales, demonstrating a track record of success
• Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for creating marketing-focused content that resonates with audiences
• Proven expertise in social media management, particularly on Instagram, with a history of growing follower bases and engagement
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data management, with an ability to leverage these tools for improved client relationships
• Outstanding communication skills, especially in written English, capable of representing our brand voice effectively
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or Trello to ensure efficient task management
• Experience with design tools like Canva is a plus for creating visually appealing content
• Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable insights
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and marketing techniques as our business evolves
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
