We’re Hiring: Director of Music
The East London Community Band is seeking a passionate, visionary Director of Music to lead our vibrant, 60-piece symphonic wind orchestra and guide our diverse, community-driven music organisation. As Director of Music, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the artistic direction, lead inspiring rehearsals, and make a lasting impact on our inclusive music-making environment. We’re looking for a leader who values community, inclusivity, and musical excellence to join our team and help us grow!
Location: Tower Hamlets, London
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have experience in musical direction, a passion for community engagement, and the ability to inspire musicians of all ages.
