Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual to help grow the brand ‘HowlyBallet’, which serves as a unique dance education platform focused on classical ballet training methods. You will manage and develop social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, all of which are primed for monetisation with an adequate follower base. Your mission will be to enhance our content creation and business strategy while providing accessible training opportunities for the dance community.

Given the hectic nature of my schedule, it has become challenging to balance my dance commitments with the growth of my social media presence. We need someone who understands the business aspects of social media and is also enthusiastic about dance and education. The ideal candidate should be ambitious about expanding the reach of our channels.

As part of our community interest company ‘Project Resurgence CIC’, I also offer free outreach training for disadvantaged and special educational needs students. Therefore, an understanding of social commitment in addition to the commercial aspects will be crucial.

We are open to a commission-based scheme to help monetise our channels, and we seek someone determined to scale our current reach.

Requirements
