Are you a TikTok expert with a passion for brand-building, social strategy, and community engagement? This is your chance to lead the TikTok expansion for a fast-growing brand, shaping its presence and driving real business impact. Join a pioneering brand on a mission to revolutionise gut health, continuing to fuel its growth in the scale-up phase. The company seeks to establish itself on TikTok, leveraging its existing strong digital presence on Instagram.

In this role, you will take ownership of TikTok strategy and execution, including content creation, influencer partnerships, and performance marketing. You will work cross-functionally with various internal teams (marketing, e-commerce, and leadership) to make TikTok a key acquisition channel.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Proven experience launching a premium brand on TikTok, either in-house or agency-side.
• Strong project and account management skills, with experience handling multiple stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok’s ecosystem, including organic content, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and TikTok Shop.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on, agile approach, able to pivot quickly in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
• A passion for health, social media, and community engagement.

This isn’t for you if:

• You don’t have any experience with TikTok as a channel - this role specifically will focus on launching it to success.
• Your TikTok experience is solely focused on content creation - this role is focused on the strategic implementation of the channel.
• You prefer a highly structured corporate environment and can’t work agilely - this is a fast-moving, scale-up-style business.
• You’re not comfortable with a hands-on marketing role - while you’ll lead the strategy, execution is just as important.

Additional Information

Practical info:

• Hybrid working: Initially on-site to start, then one day per week in the newly revamped office.
• Salary: £35,000 for 6 months (equivalent to £70,000 per annum FTE).
• Flexible working: Part-time, 20 hours a week on a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.
• Office based in Farnham: Transportation options include a cab from the train station or driving to the office.
