Job Description

We are seeking a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join a Birmingham-based creative marketing agency for a six-month fixed-term contract. This position offers an ideal blend of in-house and agency experiences, providing all the benefits of in-house work while retaining the dynamic agency atmosphere. As a Mid-Weight Designer, you will work on a diverse array of design projects, contributing conceptually and hands-on across various channels, from traditional print to digital assets and web builds.

The workplace provides an excellent environment with competitive benefits, including a generous holiday allowance of 40 days, a hybrid working model (3 days onsite), and standard working hours from 9-5.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience as a designer with a varied portfolio across print and digital mediums.
• A strong conceptual approach with the ability to lead ideation processes.
• Experience in designing and building WordPress websites (preferred but not essential).
