Job Description

Gordon Murray Group is a UK-based global luxury brand dedicated to creating and manufacturing the world’s greatest driving cars. These ultra-exclusive cars are engineered and designed without compromise to provide unrivalled driving experiences and driver-centric connection. You will work as part of the Creative Team and report to the Graphics Manager. Your main responsibility will be to produce high-quality creative design work, often within tight deadlines, to support the needs of a rapidly expanding business and elevate it to the next level of design excellence. This includes working on customer journey and event support material, both printed and digital.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high impact, functional brand identities, end user interfaces and print design.
  • Develop creative material for all stages of the customer journey, including magazines, websites, illustrative art prints, event material, and internal documentation.
  • Update and enhance all PR and Marketing literature, as required.
  • Generate high-level interactive presentations and material.
  • Ensure that all company documentation is executed to the correct and highest of standards following the brand guidelines.
  • Proactively be aware of emerging trends and technologies to keep the business at the forefront of new technical developments.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Excellent illustration skills and a passion for design with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven design experience, either in-house or agency.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in Graphic Design, illustration or related field.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in both PC and Apple Mac platforms.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight time frames.
  • High level of understanding of digital and print processes, including new technologies and software.

This position involves a collaborative approach within the Graphics Team, contributing to projects that elevate the brand’s design standards while meeting business needs. A proactive mindset towards learning and adapting to new trends in design is essential.
