We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and hardworking Junior to join our small but dynamic Menswear team. This role will focus on building our menswear own brand offering and being an active member of the design team, helping across multiple categories when needed.
Requirements
Previous experience working within a menswear team at assistant or Junior level is required, preferably with an understanding of the process from design to production. Multi-category experience is a plus. The successful candidate should possess:
- A good knowledge of trend and the trend process.
- A good colour and fabric eye.
- Strong skills in CAD (illustrator, photoshop, InDesign); 3D design knowledge (Style or Clo 3D) is a plus.
- Ability to create detailed design packs for the supply chain.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence to present designs in meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching trend and product direction across multiple categories.
- Assisting in the production of trend boards, colour, catwalk reports, and shop reports for menswear.
- Knowledge of fabric and ability to translate this into trends.
- Incorporating colour, graphics, and print into trends clearly.
- Taking responsibility for a menswear product category if needed.
- Working closely with buying teams to create a cohesive and saleable collection.
- Advising factories on fabric, fit, construction, and details.
- Sourcing from the supply base and building strong relationships with suppliers.
- Reacting to sales information to design commercially relevant, fashion-forward trends.

The interview process consists of a 2-stage process: First, a 30-minute video interview followed by a Design Project task in the second stage where you will present your project and answer questions.
