Artist is needed in Quebec City, Canada.

I want to paint a 31 feet long, 8 feet high wall inside my business, based on TCGs (trading card games). So Pokemon, Yugioh, Magic the gathering, One piece, Disney Lorcana and Dragonball illustrations is what I want.
I am but sure of the price of how much this would cost, open to offers and suggestions.
