Job Description

Seeking a skilled individual to assist in growing the brand, developing content, and strategizing business for ‘HowlyBallet,’ a unique dance education platform focused on classical ballet. The role will involve managing and expanding four social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok) which currently have enough followers to monetize. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the business aspects of social media, paired with a passion for dance and education. The role seeks to support the founder in managing social media growth alongside their dance commitments.

The position also involves supporting a community interest initiative, ‘Project Resurgence CIC,’ that offers free outreach training for disadvantaged and special educational needs students. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and driven to significantly increase the channels’ reach, possibly through a commission-based remuneration scheme to facilitate brand monetization.
