Job Description

We are seeking an individual to assist in the growth of our social media presence, content creation, and business strategy for the brand ‘HowlyBallet,’ a unique dance education platform for classical ballet. The candidate will manage and develop 4 social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok), each with sufficient followers for monetization. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of social media business strategies and a passion for dance and education. The ideal candidate will help scale our reach while managing the hectic schedule intrinsic to dance commitments.

Additionally, the role involves support for Project Resurgence CIC, which provides outreach training for disadvantaged and special educational needs students. We are open to a commission-based arrangement to incentivize the growth and monetization of our channels.
