We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to assist in the growth of our brand, content creation, and business strategy for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok). The candidate will help develop ‘HowlyBallet’, a unique dance education platform focused on providing greater access and innovative training methods for the dance community. Due to the demanding nature of our schedule, this role is essential in maintaining our social media growth while adhering to dance commitments. The ideal candidate should possess both an understanding of the business side of social media and a passion for dance and education, with ambitious goals for expanding our reach.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in social media management and development.

2. Strong understanding of monetization strategies for social media channels.

3. Background or strong interest in dance and education.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to enhance brand growth.

5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

6. Willingness to consider a commission-based structure for monetization initiatives.
