Job Description: Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Acquire clients through parent pages on Facebook.
• Recruit teenagers (with parental permission) through Facebook.
• Create and manage social media content including reels using gameplay footage.
• Build audience for the service through marketing efforts.
• Assist with forms processing for teenage workers.
• Support the initial phase of using existing Roblox platforms like Brookhaven and Dressed to Impress.

Requirements

• Good marketing skills with experience in Facebook and advertising.
• Ability to create social media content including reels.
• English fluency.
• Availability during North American business hours (9am-1pm Eastern, Monday-Friday).
• Understanding of parental concerns regarding online activities for children.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both parents and teenagers.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm Eastern
