Job Description

We’re not looking for just a Social Media Manager. We’re looking for someone who thinks differently, wants to make an impact, and is an independent thinker. As Social Media Manager, you will be the “voice” of Gusher and a main touch-point for how our audience experiences us. This role requires being good with people and energized by outreach, interaction, and chatting.

Requirements

Skills:

• High-level copywriting and language skills with the ability to communicate and interact with the community effectively.
• Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Basic design and aesthetic skills, capable of navigating Canva to generate templates and content.
• Creative mindset for brainstorming and recycling content efficiently.
• Organizational skills for creating monthly social media schedules and delegating tasks.

Experience:

• Prior experience as a social media manager or digital marketer is a plus.
