The Commute Chronicles - Podcast clips

A short-form, audio-only podcast recorded inside a moving car, featuring two local hosts engaging in relatable, humorous, and casual conversations. The podcast is designed for listeners on the go, whether commuting to work, university, or just out for a drive.

Each episode will revolve around everyday life topics, including:
• Student life & struggles
• Funny social observations
• Cultural and societal shifts
• Random deep conversations that happen at night

The tone will be lighthearted, comical, and engaging, blending English, Arabic, and معرب English depending on the subject. Episode titles will reflect casual moments in life, such as “Night Rides,” “Post-Final Reflection,” and “Going to the Chalet.”

Goals & Vision:
• Create an entertaining and relatable podcast that listeners can casually tune into during their daily routines.
• Make the podcast visually engaging (despite being audio-only) by incorporating retro-style animations for highlights and YouTube uploads.
• Expand the podcast’s reach through interactive Q&A sessions on Instagram, where followers submit questions that will be answered in episodes.
• Build an organic community by featuring random guest appearances, including friends, influencers, athletes, or actors.

Animation Requirements:
To enhance the YouTube and social media experience, we are seeking an animator to create stylized highlights using:
• Pixel Art Animation (Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game)
• Text-Based Motion Graphics (1990s VHS Commercials)
• Neon & CRT Glow Effects (Outrun Aesthetic)
• Sprite-Based Animation (Cuphead / Metal Slug)
• Bright Color Palettes (Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure Title Cards / Vaporwave Aesthetic)

The ideal animator should be able to:

• Sync animated mouth movements with the actual podcast voices
• Create smooth frame-by-frame animations for dialogue-based storytelling
• Integrate motion graphics & text overlays to highlight key moments
