Who You Are:

You are a seasoned Senior Front End Engineer with 5-8 years of experience, possessing a deep understanding of modern web application architecture and development best practices. You are a technical leader, capable of driving complex projects, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to strategic technical decisions. You are passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences and building scalable, performant, and maintainable front-end systems.

What You Will Do:

• Architect and Develop Complex Front-End Systems: Design and implement scalable, robust, and maintainable front-end architectures using React (TypeScript).
• Lead Technical Initiatives: Drive the development of new features and improvements, ensuring alignment with product goals and technical best practices.
• Mentor and Guide Junior Engineers: Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to foster the growth of the front-end team.
• Drive Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal loading speeds and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
• Champion Code Quality and Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and promote the use of automated testing frameworks.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Contribute to Architectural Decisions: Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the evolution of the front-end architecture.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of front-end development.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines as needed.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Expertise in React (TypeScript) and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex front-end architectures.
• Deep understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Extensive experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead other engineers.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
• Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in creating reusable component libraries.
• Experience with Accessibility standards.
