Social Media Manager (Freelance, Part-Time) – Carmel

About Us: Carmel is a Montreal-based manufacturer of markers for artists and street artists, dedicated to crafting high-quality products that fuel creativity. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence, grow our following, increase engagement, and drive sales through compelling content and strategic influencer collaborations.

Your Role: As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that strengthen our brand and community. Your key responsibilities include:

• Content Creation & Publishing – Manage and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, including captions, hashtags, and descriptions.
• Strategy & Growth – Develop and implement tactics to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Influencer Collaborations – Identify and partner with influencers and content creators to expand our reach.
• Performance Analysis – Track and analyze social media metrics, providing insights to refine content strategy.
• Paid Advertising – Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns for maximum impact.
• Content Repurposing – Repackage and adapt existing content to maximize engagement across platforms.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing professional social media accounts.
• Strong knowledge of community management, content strategy, and engagement tactics.
• Ability to analyze performance data and adapt strategies for growth.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Availability for part-time freelance work (5-10 hours per week).
• Work is remote-friendly, but candidates must be based in Montreal.
