Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and ambitious Social Media Video Creator for our UK division. This role involves creating, editing, and optimizing video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Your expertise will help align our video content with organizational goals while engaging target audiences effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a video content strategy aligned with company objectives and brand guidelines.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos tailored for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to ensure consistency in video content.
- Transform creative briefs into engaging video content.
- Stay updated with social media trends and initiate video creative ideas.
- Experiment with various styles and techniques to enhance audience engagement.
- Manage and organize video assets for future use.
- Monitor and analyze video performance metrics for optimization.
- Provide regular performance reports to the Head of Digital.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media video content creation.
- Strong expertise in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Excellent video shooting, editing, and post-production skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
- Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging short-form videos.
- Experience maintaining a cohesive visual identity within brand guidelines.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with task management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Trello).
- Proactive and highly creative with initiative in content creation.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
