Job Description
We are seeking a candidate who embodies three key attributes: Curiosity, Creativity, and Care. As a Digital Strategist, you will lead strategic digital and social communications across key clients, acting as both planner and ongoing consultant. Your role will involve planning innovative, insight-driven communications across channels, content strategies, content calendars, influencer amplification, and paid media distribution. You will partner with clients to identify objectives, goals, KPIs, strategies, and tactics, ultimately aligning strategy with clientsā business goals. You will also be expected to be a subject matter expert on sourcing and assessing potential influencer partnerships, participate in new business proposals, and provide insights on the cultural landscape and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-3+ yearsā experience in strategic digital/social communication planning within a marketing agency/consulting firm or large CPG company.
- Experience writing briefs, articulating strategies, and presenting them to creative/client teams.
- Expert knowledge around key digital platforms and communications channels (social, digital, influencer, search).
- Experience with paid social media planning, social listening, research tools, and analytical reporting is essential.
- Hands-on qualitative and quantitative research experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Strong foundation of business acumen and successful client leadership.
- Confidence and credibility to engage in high-level strategic discussions with senior executives.
- Excellent presentation development and creative writing capabilities.
- Ability to think proactively and set targets and timelines for digital programs and initiatives.
- Bachelorās degree preferred or similar proven experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic digital & social communications across key clients.
- Plan cross-channel communications, content strategies, and influencer amplification.
- Provide strategic ownership of workstreams and campaigns.
- Partner with clients to align strategy with business goals.
- Be the subject matter expert on identifying and assessing influencer partnerships.
- Participate in identification, prioritization, and assessment of new client opportunities.
- Champion creative ideas and strategic points of view with clients.
- Benchmark and research competitors and industry leaders.
- Develop frameworks for approaching strategic issues using existing resources.
- Support Momentumās Values and perform any other duties as assigned.
