Job Description
We’re seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to take charge of our digital marketing efforts and elevate our online presence. In this role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to craft compelling content, manage our website, and drive our social media strategy. You’ll be at the forefront of our digital transformation, leveraging AI tools to streamline content creation and implementing innovative strategies to engage our audience. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate captivating content for various social media channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging
- Manage and update our WIX-based website, keeping content fresh and aligned with current promotions and company initiatives
- Spearhead our innovative “T of the month” feature, crafting engaging descriptions and highlighting product benefits
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation efficiency and explore new ways to streamline our digital marketing workflows
- Implement and manage an automated system for content scheduling and posting, ensuring a consistent and timely online presence
- Monitor social media trends and analytics, adjusting strategies to optimize performance and reach
- Collaborate closely with the business owner to understand and effectively communicate our brand voice and marketing goals
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, including blog posts, promotions, and social media updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation for e-commerce or retail brands
- Proficiency with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their best practices
- Familiarity with WIX website platform and content management systems
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
- Creative mindset with an eye for visually engaging content and ability to think outside the box
- Experience with AI tools for content creation and management (preferred)
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights
- Flexibility to work within the client’s time zone and adapt to changing priorities
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital marketing strategies
