Job Description

KPMG Assignment Select is geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work. Our team is comprised of highly trained third-party professionals who are in the right place, at the right time, with the right skillset. KPMG is currently seeking a contractor in Montvale, NJ. Responsibilities include championing User Experience Design and User Interface Design for designated projects, leading stakeholder/user interviews, executing user interviews, crafting personas, journey maps, and managing design feedback sessions. You will also develop wireframes, high-resolution mockups, and prototypes, adhere to Tax Design System standards, collaborate closely with UI Developers, and seek to integrate AI into the UX/UI workflow while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

Qualifications for this role include a minimum of 5 years of experience in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually captivating websites or applications, strong interpersonal skills, and a profound understanding of accessibility best practices. Candidates should be highly adept at using tools such as Figma, FigJam, Mural, Miro, and Office 365, and possess a high-level understanding of backend development languages. All applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship and are required to present an online portfolio showcasing their design skills.
