Job Description

We are Chronicle Creations Inc., a startup building Dreambook, an adaptive learning tool designed to empower children to create their own stories. Our mission is to inspire children’s creativity by combining storytelling and art in an interactive, child-friendly platform. We are seeking an experienced Native iOS Developer to join our team to assist in the development of Dreambook, exclusively focused on the iPad. Your work will be pivotal in creating a seamless user experience that inspires creativity in young learners.

Important: Please note that this position offers equity in the company through a shareholder agreement as compensation, rather than traditional cash. The commitment is for 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility for meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Native iOS Developer, with a strong focus on iPad applications.

• Expertise in Swift and SwiftUI.

• Proficiency with Xcode and Apple’s native development tools.

• Familiarity with Core Data, Core Animation, and other iOS frameworks.

• A solid understanding of performance optimization for iOS apps.

• Demonstrated experience in successfully submitting apps to the Apple App Store.

• Knowledge of TestFlight for beta testing and App Store Connect for app management.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
