I need a web designer and developer for my project, rentEVspot. The goal is to create a directory website that allows commercial landlords to list their addresses and monthly rental prices for EV chargers installed behind the curb. The landing page will feature a tagline and a brief description explaining the potential earnings for landlords with accessible power. Additionally, I would like the developer to create an interactive plugin using Google Maps that shows the general location of each listing without revealing exact addresses.

While the primary focus is on building the website, I also seek SEO audit and optimization to enhance its visibility. The design should be simple, with an emphasis on collecting interest from landlords regarding EV charger installations. Ideally, this project should support remote work and cater to junior to mid-level experts, allowing for a collaborative effort to achieve the best outcomes.
