Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Flutter Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development and a passion for building seamless applications. This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality mobile solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Flutter applications.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to define app features and functionality.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and industry standards.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Flutter developments, tools, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 1 year using Flutter.
  • Strong understanding of Dart programming language and Flutter SDK.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and version control tools like Git.
  • Proficient in both iOS and Android development platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with state management solutions like Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
  • Understanding of application security and performance tuning.
  • Portfolio of published applications on the App Store or Google Play.
