Job Description

Assist in giving creative suggestions for digital contents that meet expectations and standards. Maintain quality control in video production and produce video/photo content as briefed. Responsible for equipment maintenance and capable of managing live streaming technicalities during events. Direct and coordinate shots for both short and long-form content.

Contribute to editing processes, which includes making editor notes (outlines, editing specifications) when required and coordinating with the creative team for content timelines. Engage in video editing for longer format content (both offline and online editing) and adapt content into short formats suitable for social media use. Provide ‘Best Cuts’ such as video thumbnails, teasers, and moments that can engage the audience, while incorporating creative graphics and visual effects where necessary.

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Broadcasting, Film, Media Production, Digital Media, or a related field.

Strong passion for videography, storytelling, and creative content creation.

Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.

A passion for the music industry is preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in video production or editing, through coursework, internships, or personal projects, is a plus.

Ability to operate a camera and stay current with social media trends and algorithms.

Must submit a portfolio.
