Mid-Level UI/UX Engineer (Accessibility)

Who You Are:

  • You are a mid-level UI/UX engineer with 3+ years of experience in accessibility. You are proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and know accessibility standards.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and implement accessible user interfaces.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure accessibility.
  • Implement accessibility standards and guidelines.
  • Perform accessibility audits and provide recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest accessibility trends.
  • Create and maintain design systems.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience with usability testing and accessibility audits.
  • Knowledge of design systems and UI frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
