Role: Digital Media Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Hybrid/On-site/Remote: Hybrid (On-site 3 days a week)
Rate: $30-45/hour
Clutch Creative is a rapidly growing staffing agency that supports clients by identifying unreachable talent to help their businesses grow. The Digital Media Manager will develop, implement, and manage paid search, paid social (Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn), and programmatic campaigns across diverse platforms to achieve client business objectives and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns.
- Identify, evaluate, and launch new optimization opportunities within digital channels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and improve paid media strategy performance.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various channels.
- Lead budget pacing across campaigns and ensure optimal spending and performance.
- Provide monthly and quarterly insights and actionable recommendations based on monitoring core metrics.
- Execute digital paid media campaign tests, analyze data and results, and identify trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to implement SEO and SEM strategies.
- Coordinate with digital and traditional media teams and Organic Social team for media buys.
- Share digital media trends with internal teams and provide Digital Analytics reporting.
- Perform Digital Optimizations on campaigns to improve performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Paid Search and Paid Social, ideally with programmatic campaigns.
- 1+ year of agency or related industry experience in advertising, marketing, media, and agency finance.
- Proficiency with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and Programmatic DSPs.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- A self-starter, self-motivated, with independent problem-solving skills.
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in digital analytics, reporting, and optimizations.
- Ability to coordinate with Organic Social team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with clients in food & beverage, hospitality, and gaming industries.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Experience managing SEO strategies and using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and data visualization tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio.
