Job Description

We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Executive with 0-2 years of experience to assist in campaign management, recruit affiliates, track performance, and support content creation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, along with a basic understanding of affiliate marketing.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of digital marketing/affiliate marketing.

• Familiarity with affiliate networks.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Analytical mindset for data interpretation.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Knowledge of paid advertising or content marketing is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

• Freshers with internship experience in digital marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Affiliate Program Management:

• Assist in campaign setup and management.
• Recruit and maintain relationships with affiliates.

2. Performance Tracking & Analysis:

• Monitor affiliate performance using tracking tools.
• Generate performance reports and identify improvement areas.

3. Content & Promotion Support:

• Help affiliates create promotional content.
• Work with the marketing team for consistent messaging.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

• Research industry trends and competitors’ strategies.

5. Coordination & Communication:

• Serve as a contact point for affiliates and resolve queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams.

6. Compliance & Policy Adherence:

• Ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Monitor for fraudulent activities.
