Mastermind.com is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual storytelling and design efforts for high-impact marketing campaigns. This role is essential in driving the brand’s identity, aligning visuals with marketing objectives, and mentoring junior designers. The ideal candidate must have a strong portfolio, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of how design influences marketing success.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on marketing.
• Expert level experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (motion graphic tools like After Effects or equivalent are required).
• A strong portfolio showcasing top-notch designs, motion graphics, and brand storytelling.
• Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to align design efforts with broader marketing objectives.
• Experience mentoring and leading junior team members.
• Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing priorities with agility and ease.
• Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish, with a strong understanding of LATAM cultural nuances.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading design projects with a focus on delivering marketing-driven, impactful visuals.
• Collaborating with marketing strategists to ensure designs amplify messages and achieve measurable results.
• Crafting brand narratives through cohesive visuals that align with Mastermind.com’s identity across all platforms.

• Creating high-impact brand identities for Live Launches, including logos and color schemes.
• Designing ads, landing pages, email visuals, presentation decks, social graphics, and video assets.
• Ensuring every campaign maintains a cohesive visual feel within the larger brand identity.
• Developing top-tier campaign assets designed to drive engagement and conversions.
• Creating persuasive pitch decks and sales presentations that make an impact.
• Pushing for fresh, innovative design concepts while staying current with branding, UI/UX, and digital marketing trends.
