Mastermind.com is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual storytelling and design efforts for high-impact marketing campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving our brand’s identity, aligning visuals with marketing objectives, and mentoring junior designers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of how design influences marketing success.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on marketing.
• Expert level experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (motion graphic tools like After Effects or equivalent are required).
• A strong portfolio showcasing top-notch designs, motion graphics, and brand storytelling.
• Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to align design efforts with broader marketing objectives.
• Experience mentoring and leading junior team members.
• Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing priorities with agility and ease.
• Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish, with a strong understanding of LATAM cultural nuances.
